Personality: Okuyasu is a pretty simple teenage boy. He likes to eat ice cream for breakfast, has a tendency towards being pretty dumb, and his the ability to control a Stand capable of altering space. That last one might not be quite so normal.
• Not great at making decisions/indecisive. He usually relied on his older brother to make decisions for him, but since his brother's death, he's been challenged to make more decisions on his own… usually leading to him make poor ones.
• Friendly, and cheerful. Despite seeming quite the opposite in his first appearance, Okuyasu is definitely the type to see things on the brighter side. This can probably be construed towards his more "simple" attitude towards life.
• Loyal, values friendship. Because of his lonely past, and only having really his brother to call a friend, Okuyasu's friendship with Josuke is really important to him. This develops from his initial meeting with Josuke, (who after defeating him, fully heals him) to the final fight against Kira, where Okuyasu saves Josuke's life at the detriment of his own. He can be very caring, even about people he doesn't know well, as long as they seem to be well-meaning. However, if they seem to pose a threat to either himself or Josuke, he won't be as easy-going with them.
• Self-described as stupid. Okuyasu doesn't have too high an opinion of himself, honestly. His brother specifically has always told him he's stupid, and that if he "doesn't train his mind, his life is worthless." While Okuyasu isn't actually as dumb as he (and is brother) thinks, it's been impressed upon him that he is, and so he'll often attribute his poor decisions and heart-on-his-sleeve reactions due to being "too stupid" to make the right choices.
• Emotional and impulsive. When Okuyasu is happy, anyone can tell. The same when he's sad, freaked out, or angry. He wears his emotions very openly, which is pretty normal for someone who seems to like living a simple lifestyle. There's very few things he's highly motivated on, but when he does need to do something, he's often impulsive in his choice. In example, when he needed to figure out between two people which one is the traitor in disguise, he punches someone out of impulsiveness. It happens to be the right person, but… yeah. Didn't think that one though.
Abilities: Aside from being a relatively normal teenage boy, Okuyasu has a Stand. Stands are essentially one's "fighting spirit" manifest in the form of a ghost-like being that the user can then use to fight with. Okuyasu's Stand is called "The Hand." More on The Hand here.
However, The Hand as it is, is pretty OP. It can "erase whatever space its right hand touches." Which, when used in the manga, can be used to easily cut through anything and send it off to some void realm which is never shown. Since The Hand can technically "erase things from space/time" and that is way too OP for this game, rather than have it erase things, it will simply teleport things. Say Okuyasu uses The Hand to swipe at a chair in one room. Surprise! Now it's been teleported to a completely different room on the ship. The same applies to people, air, objects. No harm will come to them, except for the confusion why they are now somewhere else on the ship.

[And here's Okuyasu, standing by one of the food dispensing units, gesturing to it angrily.]
They have vanilla.
[He holds out a hand, listing off one finger, and adding another as he goes.]
They have chocolate. And then they have spicy chili. They have spicy chili.
You know what's missing? Strawberry. How am I supposed to deal with this? I can't survive like this! I have strawberry ice cream every morning! I can't have a good day without strawberry ice cream! At least if some aliens are going to bring me out here, bring strawberry ice cream flavor!!
